They're big enough for all my pots/pans, and two at a time does a great job with baking sheets, etc. As you'd expect from silicone, they do indeed insulate well and act as a non-skid too. They are a good quality of silicone - there is absolutely no sign of tearing or anything of that kind.The only cons would be the inclusion of the rather gross brown color among all the fun colors, and the silicone brush that it comes with being really poor quality. Don't count on that brush being actually useful, get a proper silicone brush.
