I gave it 4 stars due to the actual amount of protein you get for the cost. Says take 4 capsules a day which is one serving, thats only 2g of protein! Better off with a yogurt drink! Thats alot of pill swallowing for not alot of protein. I will finish the bottle but not ordering another. Better off drinking a cup of milk

Great supplement that helps me keep up much protein levels.

It was a good product, a little expensive, but I noticed the difference compared to other proteins and it is more convenient for those of us who are busy all the time at work, we don't have time for a shake, so it was good to see it from that side.

Ended up buying another type and in it's description--All product bottles includes a plastic outer seal and a pressure inner seal - a total of 2 seals per bottle. The reason that I bought another type is that I assumed (wrongly) that this product would come with the same safety measures--it didn't so I could not fully trust it. And for that reason, I wouldn't have even given it a one star. It's a shame really since it was my number one choice. I would have even reordered if they assured me it was just a mistake but, sadly, they didn't which basically says they don't provide the safety seals so you'll have to decide to take the risk.

thanks for the protein pills, I do exercise but i do not want lots of muscles, but i take one a day for extra protein with my health shakes.
