I really like this desk. It's not as small as a lot of the other ones I was finding online and it's surprisingly sturdy. It took a little while to build but I was alone and that was still only like an hour and a half. Directions are just pictures but it's pretty easy. Love the way it turned out. It has a lot of storage space

A good, sturdy work area for my husband. Went together well except for the nails to put the drawer together. They split the fiber board so be careful to use glue instead of nails on the side of the drawer with the slot. The drawer works but is hard to pull with the wood split around the nail and we can't figure out how to remove the nail without destroying the drawer. Still, this is a good product.

I had some very specific criteria that I wanted in a desk. After a couple of months of searching, I finally found this one. This desk met all of that criteria, but it was incredibly difficult to find. It was out of stock everywhere I looked. Finally, I found it through this Amazon distributor, and they had 1 left in stock. Here's my breakdown of what I like and don't like about the desk: Pros: - Lots of desk surface space. My two 24" widescreen monitors fit comfortably across the top, I have my keyboard and mouse on the pull out tray, and I have enough room in front of the monitors to be able to write on papers or even set up my laptop. - The shelf for the computer tower is huge. I have a mid size tower in there, with about 2" of clearance to either side and about 6" clearance between the top and the drawer. I probably could've snugly fit a full size tower in it, but I like the airflow it provides around my mid size tower. - The hutch provides lots of space for books, computer speakers, knick-knacks, or whatever else you want to store up there. - Easy to put together, especially if you've built your own furniture before. All pieces are labeled and it goes together pretty quickly. - The price. I was hoping to find a desk I liked, with a hutch, for under $150. This one met that price point, and then some! Cons: - The drawer rails are plastic and were very difficult to assemble. In fact, we broke them a little trying to hammer them in. Thankfully the parts that broke were not imperative to the operation of the drawer, but it seems silly that with the quality of the rest of the parts of this desk that they decided to cheap out on using these plastic rails instead of the typical metal rails. - When peeling off the label stickers from the boards, they left behind glue residue. I've built a lot of DIY furniture and have never had the label stickers do this before. Every single sticker for this desk left residue. Thankfully most were located in places that will never be seen. - Depending on how long your legs are, the shelf that exists under the desk might be irritating. I thought about leaving it off as I was building the desk, but figured it probably also serves the purpose of added stability. So I erred on the side of caution and included it, even though I'm not currently using it. Bottom Line: I'm happy with this desk. My complaints are minor compared to everything I like about the desk. In fact, after setting up my computer on it, my husband (who already has a desk he is happy with) admitted that he was jealous and wanted a desk like mine. If you can find it in stock somewhere, it's definitely worth the price. I only wish that they hadn't cheaped out on the drawer rails and had used the same type of metal rails that the keyboard tray uses. If they had, this would be a 5 star desk in my opinion.

The box was very heavy, i open the box in living room, its was confusing how to Assemble but after few minutes thinking I start Assembling According to manual, some time it feel you can not do this but if you if some previous Assembly Experience you can you do it, at the end you will need one more person to Adjust top part , like bookshelves part, when you join two pieces and don't know how to insert screw and where just mark with pencil for point to math two pieces holes. its look confusing but after 3 hours you can Assemble it. Good luck.

I was extremely excited for this desk until it actually arrived and I started assembling it. Arrived almost a week late. Overall the essential screws that connected both parts together were broken...took me a long time just to try and find replacements or get them to go in the way they were. The drawer measurements for the screws were waaayyy off and I had to do them according to my own measurements/locations that made the drawer align with everything else. One of the pieces had no holes for the screws that were supposed to go in so had to do that on my own too. Couldn't really wait for a replacement or go through the hassle of returning to dealt with it the way I could. The look is pretty decent though and it's very spacious but just not worth all the hassle I went through to assemble it ๐
