buy exta filters, worth every penny and my cat drinks S much water now! :-) thanks! wash it first and change the filters often. setup is easy if u r kina crafty or have done it before, otherwise i'd recommend a YT tutorial bc its kinda complex to assemble. works well, keeps water fresh, hold a LOT of it, good if ur going on holiday for a weekend or something and u dont want ur cat to die. quite sturdy too! no batteries needed.

LOVE this water fountain. It was really easy to set up, its very quiet, and the light is bright so its easy to keep an eye on, but not so bright that it blasts a whole room. My cat never splashes water out of it (however my partner's dog that visits can get a little messy with it). It doesn't leak, it cycles nicely.

Works perfectly! Keeps a nice soft flow of water, easy to clean and maintain. Has a soft blue light that can act as a night light for your cats.

Update: our fountain eventually started making a distractingly LOUD water trickling sound. Not a pump noise, but the sound of water trickling. Turns out, we had a faulty filter! It was not as permeable as the other six filters we had used so far. It wasn't letting water pass through at a sufficient rate and water in the clear plastic tray was trickling out of the corner slots into the reservoir below. I replaced that brand-new (faulty) filter with another brand-new one and this is letting water pass through more quickly. Trickling sound eliminated. Fountain back to being silent. Whew! Original review: We've been using this fountain for about a month now. When we first cleaned, assembled, filled, and plugged it in, the pump was SILENT. I was delighted. There is the occasional gentle water trickle noise which I find rather nice. The fountain sits about six feet away from my recliner in an otherwise silent house. After two days of use, the pump began making a very low hum. After another couple of days, the vibrations from the pump were strong enough to cause the stainless tray to rattle loudly on the plastic reservoir base. We tried cleaning and re-seating the pump in the base, adjusting how the stainless tray sits, with the flower insert and without, topped up with water to the fill mark, everything we could think of. The pump has suction-cup feet that not only secure it in the reservoir but provide a small amount of vibration-damping. They weren't up to the job, however. If the fountain were in another part of the house, I might have been able to ignore the noise. One of our cats was still drinking from the fountain but the other one was giving it a wide berth once it started rattling. We contacted the manufacturer, described the issue, and they sent us a replacement pump. The replacement pump has behaved the same way; entirely silent for the first two days, then developing vibrations that transmit through the fountain and cause the stainless top tray to rattle. So far, the noise level is not quite up to what the first pump degenerated to. It is not intolerable to me but one cat still doesn't want anything to do with it. If the pump hadn't been dead silent at the outset, I might have just assumed that this was the normal amount of noise to be expected from this fountain. Perhaps the models with the plastic trays behave differently than the stainless one. We do have a small decorative tabletop fountain in the office, made of slate and copper, and there is no noise from that pump. The weight of the fountain itself is probably the difference there. Other than the vibration issue from the pump, it seems to be a good drinking fountain. The rest of the design is good, relatively easy to clean. Update: if you fiddle with the various fountain components enough, you can eventually get rid of the vibration hum from the pump. The suction cup pump feet sometimes need to be pressed down more tightly to the reservoir, or sometimes less tightly. It is kind of finnicky but once I've chased the vibration noise out, it's usually good til the next time I disassemble, clean, and refill. It's worth it, in my mind. The cats like it, so I'm okay with a little troubleshooting.

I purchased this Pet Fountain for my cats, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in their water intake since setting it up. Cleaning is fairly straightforward, and the parts come apart easily for rinsing. One thing to keep in mind is that like most pet fountains, regular cleaning is important to keep it fresh and functioning well. As long as you maintain it, it works smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. If you have cats that prefer moving water, this fountain is worth considering.

I have had the fountain for 2 months. Lived the fountain initially. I liked that the filter was smaller than other fountains I’ve used yet has larger water capacity. After nearly 10 weeks of use, the pump no longer works. I have cleaned and maintained the pump. The light comes on, but no water pump action. UPDATE: I must say, this is the first time a seller reached out about an issue I had with their product. They suggested another look at the propeller in the pump, but regardless they wanted to rectify the situation, which they did wonderfully. I bought a new pump, and it’s quieter than the pump that came with the fountain initially. It’s back to working as the best pet water fountain. And their commitment to customer satisfaction has made me a lifetime customer.

Loved the fountain when I got it for my 2 elder cats. But I’ve only had it for 6 months and it has completely died on me. I change the filters regularly and clean it constantly. I’m sad it just gave up, water doesn’t flow anymore even though it’s full. Going to have to buy a new one I guess

This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Espero que mi opinión te sirva para comprarla.

Muy buen producto, gran capacidad y super silecioso. Solo 2 detalles 1. Es mucha la agua que se requiere para tapar el nivel minimo y da la impresion de desperdiciar, se puede improvisar algo para subir el nivel del agua y aprovechar mas. 2. No tiene una forma de fijarlo al suelo, solo el tapete antiderrapante pero para los 4 Michis les es facil tirarlo al hacr Zoomies en conjunto.

For the price, this is a great pet fountain. It took a few days for my cat to get used to this fountain, but once she did, she was fine with it. She was actually scared of it for the first few minutes, but I did see her drinking from it about an hour later, but she was still leery of it for about the first week. The pump does make a quiet humming sound, and there is also a small trickling noise, so it’s not silent. It’s no louder than a fish tank, or a fridge or water cooler running, and you get used to it quickly. Set up, and cleaning is simple, and everything goes together easily. There was a fair amount of cat hair in the pump filter after its first cleaning.
