Works great, but HP fasten the keyboard with plastic rivets
The keyboard works perfectly. Unfortunately, HP made installation very difficult. Unlike other laptops where there are screws used to fasten the keyboard to either the upper or lower part of the shell, in this case, HP decided to basically use plastic rivets. They melted some plastic posts into a rivet type shape. There's dozens of these things. You need to very carefully pry those to break them. But now you have nothing to hold the keyboard in place. So what I did was to install the keyboard in the upper half of the palm rest shell, and then use some gorilla glue and put a dab on every one of these rivets to hold it in place. So far it seems to be working. The alternative for this laptop was to buy a new upper shell with a keyboard. That was fortunate to find one of those, but now I read don't actually need it because this other method seems to have worked.

Reliable and well fitting keyboard
This product is true to its description and fits my computer perfectly. I have been using it for all this time and even currently and I have experienced no issues with the keyboard.

This keyboard states it is for my computer model, yet the cable is too short—a waste of time and money. I would not recommend it.
