Q: Is this seat any less comfortable than the one that doesn’t have air flow?

I can't imagine why the one with no air hole is more or less comfortable. The area where the hole is does not offer any support and what support it might offer you might not want supported, if you are a male. I love mine and if I had the choice again I would get the one with the hole to offer some airflow. The area that does offer the support is very comfortable.

Yes! There are videos on youtube recommending this exact seat for the Lectric XP and XP ST.

Q: Will this fit a peloton?

The springs on this saddle could interfere with the unique saddle mounting system of the peloton. Your better bet is a non suspension saddle.
