Can you set 10 and 20 second intervals to repeat for 4 minutes for tabatas?

Would it be possible to set continuous 10 minute intervals, without having to push a button or reset it after each 10 minutes? - thanks!

Unfortunately No.....well at least based on the settings and functions I have on mine.

Does it beep every minute, or can you set it to make a noise every minute as it counts up from zero?
