I was a little concerned because the housing and door are plastic. But it is very durable, no issues what so ever. I have been upgrading my electrical systems thru out my RV so I have been in and out of it dozens of times, nothing has broken or worn out going on close to 2 years now. If you are looking to replace the load center in your RV, I highly recommend this one.
