Why does the remote control not work?

Before using the remote control, first pull off the plastic spacer at the bottom of the remote control, so that it can be properly powered on and used.

Why the light is slightly bright or only red light up?

Reason: Incorrect voltage use, please keep in mind: Input voltage=output voltage (Only 5v can be used)

Why often receive messages from buyers saying that the controller does not fit your fixture?

Please note: This controller is only suitable for 5V led strip. And please check if the light strip is a 5V one before purchasing.

Why don’t the lights change colour?

Because the remote control type of our LED strip controller is IR (Infrared) wireless remote control. When using it, the remote control must be aligned with the infrared receiver; otherwise, it will not work.
