Used this recently to straighten my hair after giving myself a relaxer and it’s just as good as the smaller one I have from this brand. The temperature difference is good and it straightens the hair so well. It functions great and I love if I ever need to take this someone I can with the dust bag. A little difficult to hold. Seemed slippery with the end on the iron being shaped as it is.

I like the quality of this straightener. It works well, heats up fast and leaves my hair smooth. The painful flaw is the design of the handle that pinches your hand if you aren’t careful. Although it works well, I am looking for a new straighten already because it has pinched and bruised the palm of my hand.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Woman tress number three and African-American women this hot bird is 100% required the best I have ever purchased. I required purchased another one just for back up. Great hold hand , heats up quickly so select your heating elements from low to high don’t start on high and see which level your hair desires. And don’t forget to use your flat ground heat element spray . You might even want to try that is the glove that comes with it I tried it at first with a glove on but I prefer hands off the gloves. And I forget make sure you wipe it off . Keeps from baking spray or hair oil . Oh yes I advise you to use the glove because it does get hot on the opposite hand if only using hair . Very little pulling, makes my hair super straight but added volume! I love it. Heats up in less then a minute, I did pinch my skin a few times where it closes but I just had to replace my hand, just use to that spot from my other one. Definitely impressed!

Use this product daily never had an issue in over a year now :)
