TTODDE AC/DC 6V 2A Adapter Power Supply 12W 100-240V with 4.0x1.7mm & 3.5x1.35mm Plugs - Universal 6V Device Charger (200mA-2A Compatible)

I purchased this TTODDE AC/DC Adapter 6Volt, 2 Amp converter for my recumbent bike's electronic display that was eating thru 4 D size batteries all the time! I was a little concerned about the voltage being 6V, and, like some converters, are usually 1 or 2 volts over the stated voltage. I used a volt meter to ascertain it was providing the correct voltage before I plugged it in, and it was providing 6.47 volts when it is operating! I didn't have to use either of the two adapter plugs that came with this converter, as the one on the cord, it came with, was the one I actually needed. I plugged it in to the recumbent bike display and it worked beautifully! There is a little blue light on the back of the converter that shows it is receiving 120 volts when plugged in to a 120 volt receptacle. Nice! What more can I say.....it provides the correct voltage and provides 2 amps of current, exactly what was required for my recumbent bike! I paid $7 for the device, which is about what I was spending on batteries ever 2-3 months. It will pay for itself quickly! The one thing I would like to have seen it have is a longer cord of about 4 foot, but I can make this work adequately with an extension cord. Overall, I am very happy that I don't have to buy batteries any longer, that it had the correct voltage (6.47V) and current (2 amps), the price was more than fair ($6.99), it fit the female plug in my recumbent bike without having to add an adapter to the existing connector, and it has a illuminated light (blue) in the casing that shows it is receiving power from a 120 volt outlet and is "on"! Yes....if I had it to do again, I would buy it!

My son got a VTech Kidi Star DJ Mixer for his birthday and went through three sets of batteries quickly. Luckily there's a AC power outlet and this power supply was perfect. The chord is a little short, but it fits tightly and came with additional adapters. I was skeptical with the low price but am really happy with the product.

One died within 3 days of receipt but it was running continuously for those 3 days. The others seem to be going strong. 6v power supplies aren't that common so you take what you can get and at this price you can expect some failures.

My video capture device stopped working last night, and I chose this adapter for the fastest shipping. Turns out, it already has exactly the correct plug, and my HD-PVR is back on line. Amazon delivered this in under 18 hours which is also amazing! The terminal-strip adapter is also a nice touch, although I don't need it in this application. Other people have said this adapter breaks, so I'm going to buy a spare. People have also said the power LED is too bight - agree. I was able to point it "away" but otherwise I'd cover it with white or black tape.

I just got this on April 29th,23. its now May 14th and does not work any more. I need to get replacement ASAP..

I have an older Bose CD Player and couldn't find the power adapter. Did some looking on Amazon, found this one, and was surprised when it arrived it powered the Bose CD Player with no issues. Great adapters included with unit that give you the ability to use with other electronics needing power. Thanks Amazon as always for having these types of products available.
