Can anyone confirm?** A: Yes, it actually is listed as gluten free on the front of the bag. **Q: Do these meals give you gas?** A: I use these for backpacking and I do not feel that these meals increase gas. The Pad Thai is no exception either. There is a red beans and rice offering that could increase gas some I bet. **Q: Is this item gluten free?** A: My package states on the front that it is gluten free and vegan however the back says that it is produced in a facility that processes peanuts milk soy wheat gluten egg and tree nut. **Q: What is the shelf life from today 10/10/17 Thanks** A: i , too, received old rotation and all mine expire in 2 years!!!
