Was looking over probiotics and saw these were very inexpensive so figured I would give them a try. Week after starting them, everything feels good again. It's hard to tell with supplements if they are truly working as I take them as a preventative measure. I do have to say, though, that I get sick very often (I have some chronic medical conditions) and I haven't gotten sick since I've been taking these. My stomach is also very sensitive and these do not upset it at all. I have felt more energized. I have been in a better mood and feel like doing more things than usual. These seem to be pretty high quality. The packaging was securely sealed so I felt safe ingesting them. The capsules are tightly sealed (don't break up in bottle and no powder residue). They don't have a scent really which is nice. A lot of supplements I've taken have a terrible smell. The color looks like what I would expect.
