Amazon Parmigiana Reggiano cheese
I love cheese, I was probably a mouse in a former life hahaha! but I add where ever I can and especially Italian dishes plus many more, this definitely adds the flavour you need to lift up many stews, bolognese, tomato base and pesto or soups....yummy!

Good Value, Sharp and Tasty, Good Every Day Cheese
Nice and sharp, good flavour. I've had better but at a much higher price point and this is pretty decent, lasts well in the fridge and a little can go a long way unless you're a cheese freak like I am. Would definitely buy again.

This cheese has a great taste and goes well with any pasta dish, great with spaghetti Bolognese. Cheese goes quite away. Good value for money. Can be used in cheese sauce
