Get this if you love pigments, shimmers or glittery eyeshadows. I have hooded eyes, but my skin is dry. I use this for my hooded eyes and the eyeshadow doesn’t budge until I take it off. It doesn’t migrate onto my hood. I need a bigger size NYX
