Replacing your door gasket annually with a quality kit is the single most important maintenance step you can take to keep your stove running safely and efficiently all season long. - MADE IN THE USA β€” INDIVIDUALLY MEASURED, CUT & BAGGED IN MINNESOTA β€” While mass-produced imported alternatives cut corners on materials and quality control, every Midwest Hearth gasket is hand-selected for weave quality and sized to OEM specifications. Our graphite impregnated fiberglass rope is used by leading wood stove manufacturers β€” not because it's the cheapest option, but because it's the best performing one. - GRAPHITE IMPREGNATED THROUGHOUT β€” NOT JUST SURFACE COATED β€” The difference between a gasket that lasts one season and one that lasts several comes down to how the graphite is applied. Midwest Hearth rope gaskets are graphite impregnated through the entire fiber structure, providing superior lubrication, extreme abrasion and crush resistance, and a creosote-resistant surface that maintains a consistent airtight seal fire after fire. - COMPLETE KIT INCLUDES PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH 2,000Β°F ADHESIVE CEMENT β€” Don't risk an incomplete installation with a gasket-only purchase. This kit includes our professional-strength gasket cement rated to 2,000Β°F, compatible with all stove types including cast iron and steel. One kit contains everything you need for a complete, airtight door seal replacement β€” no separate orders, no missing pieces, no second trip to the hardware store. - 10+ SIZES AVAILABLE β€” FITS MOST MAJOR WOOD STOVE MAKES AND MODELS β€” Available in sizes from 1/4" to 1" diameter and in flat gasket styles, Midwest Hearth gasket kits are compatible with most major brands including JΓΈtul, Vermont Castings, Hearthstone, Englander, Drolet, Napoleon, Regency, and more. The 84" rope length trims cleanly with scissors to fit your door channel perfectly. Check your owner's manual or measure your existing gasket diameter before ordering. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01D0ORRL2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,689 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #1 in Fireplace Replacement Parts | | Brand Name | Midwest Hearth | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (643) | | Item Highlight | Graphite-Impregnated Gasket, Creosote Resistant, 2000F Adhesive Cement Included, Fits Cast Iron & Steel | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Thickness | 0.13 inches | | Manufacturer | Midwest Hearth | | Material Type | Fiberglass | | Model | MH-KIT | | Part Number | MH-KIT | | UPC | 638170653841 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Midwest Hearth - **Color:** Black - **Item Thickness:** 0.13 inches - **Material:** Fiberglass - **Shape:** Rectangular ## Images ![Flat Gasket Kit - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+Q5aglPeL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/31676065-flat-gasket-kit](https://www.desertcart.it/products/31676065-flat-gasket-kit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
