I LOVE this plunger!! I've hung it up in my utility closet and shut the door, it's always ready when ever I need it. I of course wash it off after each use the flushing really does a good job of cleaning it. Just swish it around the toilet then flush, give the plunger a light shake to get the excess water off, then hang it up and it's ready for the next time it's needed. If you have a garage, hang it in there next to the water heater, mine does not stay in the bathroom.
