Can you effectively do leg exercises? 3rd picture shown looks like band is too tight to do so: leg lifts, side leg raises while laying down or on side

Yes, you can do leg exercises. There is enough give to accommodate the appropriate range of motion.

Is it latex free-can you adjust the length?

You cannot adjust the length. Maybe if you twist it a few times it might change the resistance. I'm not sure if it's latex free. It took me awhile to figure out optimal excerises and ways to use it. Especially for the abs

Looks like a good thing. Butif the band breaks no way to replace it. Or does the center thing unscrew and allow replacing?

With double band this is so strong and unable to stretch fully by normal human so chances of breaking band is rare. However if needed junction box can be opened and replace broken band. FYI, there are total 4 separate bands and tied/looped thru junction box.

What is the resistance? Are there different colors for different resistance?

There is only one level of resistance. I am not aware of any other colors so it may be something new they added. The resistance for the standard unit is low to medium.
