Is it long enough to wrap around a chest

I think it would depend on the size of the chest. We used ours to wrap around my husband's abdomen twice. He has a size 38 waist.

Are these good for post surgery?

To do what with them after Surgery? I only use them when I am doing body wraps.

Will this help flatten loose skin after having lipo surgery?

It work pretty good for my wife, she got a 360 tummy tuck an lipo BBL .. but she also had a compression garment. If that helps
