Can this sandal be used by men?? Also I normally use 42 size euro, will size 9 regular fit my foot??

I wear a women’s size 9 and I ordered that and I had to send it back and get a woman’s size 10 they run small so size it up if you’re going to buy them

I have very flat feet, will the arch in these hurt?

I have a very high arch and they are comfortable. So...guessing they would not be comfortable for a flat foot

Do these have as good of an arch support as Birkenstock sandals?

I don't have Birkenstocks, but my podiatrist recommended these or Birkenstocks. He doesn't want a bendable sole for my arches. I have worn mine a month now and loved them and the comfort so much I ordered a second pair yesterday. I walk 5 miles/day (New Balance), so my feet do get a lot of use.
