How i know my size (small, medium, large)?? Im 26 years old and 1,80m tall

One size (Average human head circumference is between 22 - 24 inches; Small - 22"/22.5", Medium - 23"/23.5", Large - 24"/24.5") Face Guard will fit most, if not all, faces.

Should the mask tighten up on the face when looking up? Mine does, sure if that's normal. The straps in back loosen then tighten again? dumb question

I think that is normal. The only way I could think to fix it would be to use some sort of elastic strap instead of the normal one.
