LAMPHUS Light Bar Mount Clamp Bracket for ATV UTV 1-2in Horizontal Bull Bar

I had to come up with my own solution on how to mount a heavy duty ARB awning on the ol' FJ. I came across these while researching mounting solutions on one of the FJC forums. These couldn't be all bad for the relatively cheap price they were going for. I needed at least three mounts, but they came in packages of 2 so I had to buy 2 separate packages, no big deal. I received my mounts and they came with 4 different options for mounting to pretty much any size round bar or roof rack. All materials seemed pretty heavy duty and went together with no issues whatsoever. I mounted the 3 I needed for my awning and after much measuring and experimenting I had my 3 mounts made for the awning and 'bam', my awning was up and ready to rock. I unpacked the awning once to see how it was all gonna work out and that's the pic I took on this review. The awning has now been mounted for about 3 weeks and has not moved or come loose. The mounts are holding up fantastic so far and I am sure they will hold up fine in the coming months as well. The biggest test for these mounts will be how they withstand the Arizona heat in the summer. If there is any issue, I will update this review. For now, I can only say that these are good mounts and really good for the money! I don't think you'll regret buying these for your roof rack needs. I'm thinking about buying a few more for my shovel and axe mounts next.

I was not expecting these to be so darn good!! Seriously, well made, easy to mount, and very easy to adjust. The stability is really great and I have zero concerns about my lightbar moving.

Not a bad product, just didn't suit my needs. Having the different sized adapters would be great if I had anything else I might be able to use these for, but right now all I need them for is a 2" stinger on my bumper. The offset of the adapter made it difficult to figure out a way to protect my lightbar and keep it pointed in the right direction so I could angle the bar down slightly. I was able to finagle it eventually, but even then I wasn't satisfied with the results. IMO the bracket is overbuilt. It's heavier than it needs to be for aluminum. That said, the overbuilt look wasn't to my liking either, not up front and center where my lightbar sits. It looked out of place even on my Iron Bull bumper. My personal choice is for something a little more sleek. Found another clamp system for less $ that doesn't have all of the extra parts, since I don't have a need for adaptability. Will be sending these back since they won't be used now. That said, depending on your application, you may love these. They came with all of the hardware needed, and all adapters/tools necessary for the clamp. Obviously you'll need some basic hand tools to complete the installation, but you probably already knew that. Not a bad deal for 10$. Only real negative I had was the anodizing had creeped down the threaded holes in the adapter, and made it difficult to thread the bolts the first few times. I ended up running the bolts all the way in and backing them out a few times before assembling the bracket. Just a small QC thing.

As advertised. Plenty of options for most any sized pipe.

----------------------- UPDATE 2: I received a brand new set with the piece I was missing and the rest for free, the seller was very responsible and polite while dealing with this issue. I totally recommend buying from them. The build quality is sturdy and well designed, it can suit may different pipe sizes and it surely feels you're getting a much expensive product for this price. I use them in my 16 Honda CB500X with some nice light pods and they do great. ----------------------- UPDATE 1: I was able to contact the seller and with a very positive attitude, they are replacing the item with no cost. If this turns out nicely, i'll be upgrading the review as soon as I get the proper working product. ----------------------- (SOLVED) Little Problem: The package came open and one of the main pieces is missing, now I cant install my auxiliary lights. If the missing piece is in the Courier or the piece is resent will update review.

These brackets did not work for the application in which they were ordered. My intention was to use them to install auxiliary lights on the front bar of my CF moto sxs. The clamps will fit around the bar ok but the problem was it is impossible to install or tighten the screws. This has to be done from the back side of the bracket which in my opinion is a poor design. If anyone is putting this bracket on a bumper, there is naturally going to be some type of obstruction on the backside of it. It would work great on a rollcage where there's room to get an allen wrench back there but not on a bumper. Good quality, nice adapters, but needs some other mounting options.

I have a Kubota tractor that I wanted to mount an LED light bar on. The tractor has a factory grill guard that has 1.25 inch bars on it. I guess there are several ways I could have mounted the light but I like the way this mount looked and the price was right. As several people noted this is a universal kit and universal is code for "some modification will be required". Some of the people on here however complained when this mount did not fit right out of the box. As expected this mount did not fit the cross bars on my grill guard so this is what I did. I picked the medium spacers that fit the best but even when I tighten the bolts up it would not tighten enough and the mounts would slip. So I bought shorter bolts at Lowes. Still not right so I took my hand grinder and ground the ends of the 2 half of the mounts until it did fit. Now I have a perfect fitting mount for the odd size bar I wanted to mount my lights on. I am very, very happy with this mount.
