I started using this when I got terrible fissures/anal itching. I also have used it when one of my toddlers got a horrendous inexplicable butt rash (one test said Strep A and then another test was not positive for Step A, so I'm not actually sure what it all was). Nothing worked on it except this stuff. (Tried like probably 20 other things). I personally am also suffering from postpartum dryness and I wish Terrasil made a base cream version (much cheaper please!). Without the antibacterial elements.....just for plain moisturizing the area. I don't want to use ANTIBIOTIC strength cream where there is no need just to feel mositurized but none of the other moisturizers seem to be proper except whatever is in the base cream of this formula. I would definitely buy it! I have also applied this cream to various other things like cuts from outdoors that are a little dicey or extra red. Or red sore spots on skin. It often is the thing that clears whatever it is up, after having already tried some other things first. (I'm talking even bentonite clay, charcoal, UMF 20+ manuka honey, ozonated oil, the workds). I'm very impressed. I will keep this on hand but yeah it is SO expensive. I wish it was more affordable especially so many could benefit from it, but may not be able to pay $50 a tube. ----I also posted this on the Terrasil Balanitis produdct page, but I am also cross posting here in case someone is trying to find relief for an infected penis. My young intact son complained his p***s hurt, the next day it was very swollen and red, from tip to base. No fever or discharge. He had two large smegma pearls under the skin but cannot retract to clean that out as he is too young. I read online that can get infected sometimes. I didn't have this particular product at first - I have the 3x max strength antibacterial terasil ointment. I got some Bacitracin on advice from my sister in law who's son's hospital urologist recommended Bacitracin be used when intact soreness begins. I started using that but it didn't seem to work very well (too weak?? so much is pharmaceutical abx resistant nowadays). So I mixed Bacitracin WITH the terrasil max strength. I also read online that Epsom salt baths/soaks can even be more effective than antibiotics (someone's personal testimony online). So he also did Epsom salt baths/or soaks in a cup 2x a day. And LOTS of hydration, lots of vitamin c, vitamin d3, probiotic foods, and kidney/bladder friendly herbal teas like dandelion root, burdock root, and nettle leaf, seakbuckthorn juice. After every time he peed, we applied the Bacitracin and Terrasil mixture. Within a day, the inflammation/pain was receeding and he suddenly had a tremendous discharge (I think it was the smegma pearls being drawn out), about 24 hours after starting epsom salt soaks. The next day was massively improved (like 50%), and a final discharge of white. The pearls are gone. After about 4 days of doing this, he is virtually back to normal. I think that is amazing! Obviously if something is extremely wrong, or you can't pee, or are feverish and all that, do seek medical help. But this hadn't gotten to that point yet. We are now using this product since it arrived. I will keep it on hand. We stormed Heaven for an answer and I believe our prayers were answered double time! I hope our protocols will help someone else out who might read these product comments. I will also cross post on the terrasil other product we started out using. However, I do have to say, the size of the tube is soooooo small. This is a slightly less concern to me despite the massive price because the surface area of application is small in our case. But for an adult male to be repeatedly applying this product for infection relief, I think it should be a tube of cream 3 times larger in order to get him thru one complete period of treatment.

I have been suffering with peri oral dermatitis for TWELVE years!! I guess symptoms may vary a little from person to person but mine were sore, burning, itching, angry red bumps all around my mouth and chin and lower nose. As you can imagine, I have tried every single thing you can think of and many you couldn’t think of. I went to a dermatologist at the beginning of 2014 after about 6 months of trying different things on my own. I was given a couple of topical prescriptions which didn’t work. Then he recommended Accutane which is a somewhat scary oral medication. I was reluctant to take it but I finally agreed. I took it for a year with no improvement in symptoms. So I stopped that drug and he gave me some samples of another topical. No improvement. Then he kinda threw up his hands and said, more or less, I don’t know what else to do. From then until now I’ve sporadically tried different things or just lived with it. Using makeup when I’m out and about. On May 11, 2025 I, honestly, don’t remember what made me search Amazon, yet AGAIN, for something I hadn’t tried before. Well, I saw Terrasil and read the reviews and thought okay I guess maybe I’ll try one more stupid thing that won’t work. Sigh. And then it was quite expensive so I hesitated. Anyway, I ordered and received the next afternoon. Well, the directions were to use once or twice per day. I put on a small amount all around my mouth and it seemed very benign and gentle. No burning no nothing. So I used a couple of times during afternoon/evening.(I tend to be a if some is good more is better type). The next morning when I woke up the whole peri oral area was one big SCAB and scale like I’d been burned. It wasn’t red and didn’t feel bad. Just scab, scab, scab. Well, didn’t know what to think about that really. I won’t go into boring detail about day to day improvements but, as of June 19, 2025, this miserable skin condition that I’ve suffered with all these years is 98/99% healed! The scabs and scale just sloughed off and reformed, sloughed off and reformed less and less each day. There were a few new bumps and I used a TEENY, TINY amount of Terrasil on those once a day. I’m SO, SO, SO AMAZED and HAPPY!!!! Thank you, Terrasil! I guess I should buy a lifetime supply. UPDATE: It’s now August 7, 2025. I’m still AMAZED! My peri oral dermatitis is gone but I still need to use Terrasil once per day because I can tell by a subtle burning sensation that a red bump is about to erupt. Maybe I’ll have to use indefinitely but that’s ok. Almost 3 months later I’m still on the my first .5 oz tube. But, of course, my problem is a small area and I use a tiny amount. I have another tube waiting though. ALSO, I had an actinic keratosis on my forehead. Very small, pink scaly spot from sun damage. I’ve had it for 20-25 years. I’ve used this or that cream now and then but none worked. I didn’t really care bc it’s really small and unnoticeable. However, I thought I’d just try this Terrasil that I was using for the other problem. It took 2 months of once a day use but the AK is now GONE. Yup. At least 20 years but now gone. So there ya go. Just sayin.

This was WELL worth the unquestionably high price for problematic intertrigo. Who knew that being stuck in a chair with a heating pad after surgery would cause a painful and seemingly intractable problem? Three days in after using this and it is leaps and bounds better, I can’t feel it at all and it looks so much better. I don’t usually post reviews but wanted to do so here because I didn’t see much on intertrigo. Obviously not medical advice but while an OTC anti-fungal and antibiotic ointment didn’t help, this seems to be resolving it. It is a cream and each application doesn’t use much so a small tube goes a long way, thankfully.

I've been using on my cellulitis blister sores. It has been doing a pretty good job getting the healing going. A little pricey, small tube. It states that it's good for a lot of other problems too.

Within twenty-four hours, there has been a difference in my condition. It is helping with my eczema. The itch and irritation has become less tense.

I'm giving this product three stars. I don't know if it is working or not. I have interigo and it only relieves it for a short while. Once it dries up I start itching again and have to apply more. The price is definitely not worth the size of the tube. It says it apply four times a day so I have almost finished this tiny tube and when I do I won't be reordering anymore. I don't even think the tube was full. I'm already looking for something else to use when I finish it. Too expensive not to get every last bit of it out.HOWEVER I do like the consistency and no odor. When it's freshly applied you get relief but it doesn't last as long as Id like.

My hands were in horrible shape, so dry and cracking and peeling. I tried so many homeopathic remedies and nothing was working. My naturopath suggested I try this cream and it’s amazing! It has been a week since I have been using this and my hands are significantly getting better. I use it during the day and then put it on at night with organic cotton sleeping gloves. 10/10

These are my experiences with this product and I think it's very important to keep in mind that we all have different functioning bodies and live in different environments but here we go. I've never had dry skin and I randomly started suffering from very dry flaky cracked sides of my mouth. I stopped using my face wash, I tried so many different moisturizers, I tried putting organic raw butter on my face every day, drinking a lot of water, and nothing was solving it. I did see a bit of improvement with the use of Shea butter but it did not resolve the problem. I decided to look into a product like this and I'm very disappointed with the quality of this cream. For starters this is not the consistency of a cream that is very moisturizing. Even with a thick layer it dries very quickly, feels water based, and overall does not moisturize the skin well. I would go as far as to say that it made my skin worse, as now the area has spread. Another side effect I'm experiencing is the skin in that area lightning to a much lighter tone on the rest of my face. I'm 100% sure that it's the chemicals in the cream because when I was just using the Shea butter my skin tone was fine, whatever is in this cream is bleaching my skin. It was a waste of money in my opinion and his worsened my condition. The consistency of the cream is not moisturizing at all and I do not recommend this for people trying to actually relieve this problem because I'm dealing with it myself and it's extremely frustrating to waste money on products that not only don't work but worsen the condition
