do you need to put a coat of primer before a mural if you are painting on concrete sidewalk?

I painted on a wood shed and used an acrylic primer. I suggest looking online for information on painting on concrete. Primer is always a good idea regardless.

Absolutely amazing, extremely quick dry time, no peeling, good for outdoor or indoor murals. In the picture I provided, this mural survived two -7 day rain storms, uncovered with no protective finish. No bleeding, no peeling with tape. Awesome!
