how long does it take to fully charge the light?

??? It's battery powered. So as soon as you put batteries in it it will come on. And the light will last as long as the batteries do.

How about this 15x magnification mirror? Compare that to a 10x magniying mirror.

I found that the image was very distorted although I was about 1-2 inches away. This also makes it very difficult to apply makeup.
