I'll be honest with you in this review... What lead me to purchase these? I was suddenly very sick and lost over 30lbs in about 6 months, leaving me at about 92lbs. EVERYTHING shrunk on me, I even lost a whole shoe size! To make matters worse, it had been about 2 years since my last intamacy. It was absolutely not going to fit in! I panicked! I was under 40 years old! How could this happen? I went to physical therapy for it, and the vwell products were suggested as part of my "exercise". You start out with the size that is comfortable for you, and increase in size as you increase your exercise duration. You don't ram it in and out, that's not what it's for! You breathe deep, relax your pelvic floor muscles, and allow your body to relax and contour to the size chosen. If you can tolerate it at full insertion with no discomfort, it may be time to size up. This can take days or even weeks, so be patient. You can slow or discontinue therapy any time you feel comfortable with your progress and current size tolerance. High quality! I don't have much to compare them to, but they are very sturdy/solid (small one is flexible) while maintaining the silky softness of silicone. Easy to clean, and they come with a cloth storage bag. These saved my sex life!

These work very well. Comfortable, soft, very easy to clean. Has definitely improved things for me in the bedroom. Less pain during "the deed" after using these. Very happy with this purchase.

These are really good quality, my physical therapist I showed them to was impressed. The sizes are good and the material is good. I’m using them because after being long distance with my husband for over 2 years I seem to have lost the elasticity I once had and it’s become painful to be intimate. I also had a hysterectomy several years ago. I’m using these to gain that back along with PT. So far I’ve managed to do the 3rd size but working up to the largest one. I’d definitely recommend for others in a similar situation.

Been using these after having my first baby with c-section. My nether regions got incredibly tight and intimacy was excruciating. I’m almost on the largest size now. Considering it was very painful when I First started on the smallest size, I’m very happy with how much it has helped me, and the idea of being able to bring intimacy back into my marriage feels like an attainable goal now.

These have really helped my menopausal atrophy. Take your time, focus on relaxing. Be consistent. I’m at week 4 and successfully “graduated” to the top. I’ve also started using a v moisturizer. No need for Rx estrogen, at least not yet. Very satisfied. Everyone of course is different. If you find you still are having trouble talk with your gyn.
