Drinking this during my pregnancy. It tastes very earthy. Steeps in both hot and cold well. Will buy more!

Since using this consistently for a few weeks before and during my period I do feel a bit of a difference in the length of the period pain and the intensity of it. I think it is important to drink this weeks leading up to the period itself so your body has time to work with the benefits. Affordable, good brand, lasting me months. You only really need about a table spoon or less in a strainer or tea ball of some sort. Taste isn’t strong at all esp if you add honey.

I heard that red raspberry leaf was good as a tea when sick so I tried it and I think it helped! I got better in just a few day with this and some other home remedies. I trust Frontier Co-Op because of prior experience!

Solid quality. It's quite expensive for the amount you get. I also bought a slab of these elsewhere for the same price. 1.4oz vs 1Ib This is more aromatic but they both taste the same when brewed. This is definitely better quality, I just don't know that it's worth the price.
