Does this work for the warriors of rock cymbols? they connect a little differently. it seems to be soddered to a gold disk.

If the end connection is the same it should work.

Will this work on the Foot Pedal as well?

No. The little white end plugs into the system when replaced. It does not have the sensor pad for the foot pedal replacement.
