BE AWARE: YOU NEED TO SOAK THESE FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AND CHANGE THE WATER AT LEAST TWICE A DAY DUE TO HIGH LEVELS OF ALKALINE THAT IS SIMILAR TO ARSENIC. If you do not prepare them properly they are Toxic. Please do your research. With that said- they are crazy good on protein and fiber!
