The tablets are very difficult to swallow. I took them for a couple of weeks and can’t seem to find a difference in my hair and nails growth, my joints pain, etc. waist of money, in my opinion.

you must take this more than a month or two… it takes times to work. I had stopped taking it for awhile because I didn’t think that it was working well… tonight getting my hair done my hair dresser said she noticed my hair seemed thicker and she asked me what I was doing different.
