So I guess I am in the 12% that are not happy. I hate writing a review slamming someone, as I know it is hard to run a business and I do not like to make it harder for people. I ordered this item from looking at the picture. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but in this case those words are deceiving. The upper and lower shelves are not included in the sale. The description does not say it is or is not included. Also, those pieces are not options that you can click or add to the order like is common with Amazon. So you assume the picture is what you are getting. Wrong. Also if you carefully search their thousands of listing you can find the over shelf for more money, but I was unable to even find the lower shelf. I am not sure that a lower shelf like the one in the picture is even an option. Ok let me be fair and end on a final note. The item was of high quality, but at more then double the price of other equivalent items it should have been. The seller responded with a form letter. I have heard nothing more in 2 days. Disassembling and repacking and reshipping seems like to much work for a busy Coffee shop, so I am just going to take the sting. I will update and amend this listing if the company does the right thing by me. But in the future, I will be more careful when a sellers ratings are so low that 12% of people are unhappy.I would like to add that I found the over and under shelf on the companies site. For $196.70 additional you get what you see in the picture. Otherwise for $392.72 you get a table with a backsplash. The pictured item is a total of $589.42. A regular stainless table with backsplash can be had for under $150 or 1/4 th of the cost of this item. Ughhh!!
