No. They make it sound like it is, but when you read the directions, their English is very poor.

Is there a particular way you need to remove the silicone pads when you move?

The silicone pads serves as a cushion and protects the door frame. You can directly stick it to the area where the door frame and the pull up bar come into contact. If you want to move the silicone pads again, you can simply peel it off and stick it to any desired location. If you find it too sticky, here's a little trick: you can stick it on your palm once or twice to reduce its stickiness.

I'm 325 would it actually hold me?

I'm 230 and it's not a problem. It says up to 440 lbs according to the manufacturer. I would just make sure it's out together properly and it should be ok. Enjoy

Cheaply made.

Very cheaply made. It seems strong enough to support the weight but the build quality is not high. Also, check the width of the bar since it is barely wide enough to fit my doorways.

Hollow plastic bar... really?

Bar that sits above the door frame is made of hollow plastic...really? Also, did not fit around my walls - made for much thinner walls. Found a cheaper option with a metal bar that also fits my doorways well. Metal quality and strength looks good.

It's good but unfortunately the whole where you put the screw at wasn't designed to fit perfectly, do it wasn't stable. Other than that it's amazing.
