Does this have the PS Logo on the plates?

It does on the top left corner, but it's a sticker. Not a cutout.

Do you need to put the sticker on or does it come printed on?

Mine came printed on it, they fit great and well.worth it. I bought the Cosmic red it's slightly lighter than my Cosmic red controller but you wouldn't notice it unless you actually put them side by side. Just glancing at thwm you can't tell. I would highly recommend these
