I’ve tried referring to the manual but nothin is working** A: Mine also got stuck, but it was on red only. I brought it inside and turned it off for about 24 hours. It seemed to "reboot" the lights and they now rotate through the colors again. **Q: How long is this when hung up?** A: With out being at home, I would say that it hangs down 1 1/2 to 2 feet. **Q: what are the balls made of? I live in a windy area.** A: They are plastic- like shiny plastic chunks squeezed into balls. It makes them shinier. Mine are hung near my house, so they don't get the full brunt of the wind. I could see the strings getting tangled if it was too windy.
