Helps with a sore forearm and elbow. I use it when bowling or if my arm is bothering me

I was having terrible tendinitis in my arms and needed something to help alleviate the pain whilst lifting at the gym. Unlike most other elbow sleeves on the market, I found that these seemed to be a bit longer than most, offering forearm and slight bicep compression. I personally preferred this design as it didn't feel as if it was digging into me uncomfortably, but rather, a bit more uniformly. I did have to return a set because I found that size wise, it was a bit too small despite the recommended fitment. After re-ordering a larger size, these were perfect. Unfortunately, these things snag onto just about everything and after a few days of use, looked to be really used and abused. This also tends to pick up quite a lot of sweat, which I realize isn't meant to be sweat-wicking. After throwing it into the wash, however, I found that these just looked BAD, hence the low rating. I really wanted to love these as they were a comfortable compression yet I found that they simply wore out waaay too quickly! Update: shortly after reviewing this product, the company contacted me and offered me a replacement to try out once more. The package arrived shortly thereafter, the product experiencing a bit of pilling already, which was a problem I had had before. The compression with the replacement unit is still the same. I’ve yet to really put this product through the ringer but so far my original review still stands. It’s a decent to good product, better than most, but unfortunate it still has a few flaws. I am beyond amazed by the customer service that Nordic lifting has to offer, so I’ll be bumping up my rating to 4 stars instead of my original 3.

Great elbow sleeve, does the job with great flexibility for arm movement

I purchased these for both myself and my wife. They help keep the area around the elbow and upper forearm warm, with a little compression. We love them, picked up a few extra to have for when the first pair wears out. Well the first pair lasted about 4-5 years, using them about 5 days a week. I'm sold!

It's for compression, so it will be tight as intended, so choose / measure for the right size carefully. I did need it to be on the snug side, so there you go. It's probably as comfortable as can be. Great value for the price. I only need it for one tennis elbow, so I can rotate the usage. I wouldn't recommend wearing it at night, but I have several times at first. I've gotten material imprints on my skin and crease marks and some redness. It's not so tight, but I don't want to restrict blood flow much when I am asleep. It's not like an extension of your body or another layer of skin so it will have limitations, but that's what compression is about. I could only reach so far in bending my elbow, so there is an effect on range of motion and comfort, but that's the give and take when you're addressing pain relief from inflammation. With tendonitis, I couldn't rest my dominant arm all the time, so the inflammation was slow to address (even during a pandemic) unless I wrapped my arm. Initially, I used over the counter wraps that we had, but I needed a dedicated and quicker solution and these were the answer I found and I am happy with the product as it does help with my tendonitis. The inflammation felt like 2 daggers initially after I first injured my arm and I didn't address it until many weeks later. Doh! You don't have to live with this issue, so address it and don't be like me. The medication helped greatly at first, but after the doctors prescription ran out, this was the winner to keep me going and to keep the inflammation under wraps... literally and figuratively.

Really comfortable to wear all day. Nice and feels great on the arm. The good range of sizes and the clear size chart was really nice to ensure that I got the right size for me.
