yeah, definitely! I use mine with Vallejo, Citadel, Reaper paints. Works great.

does this dry glossy or matte?

It will dry consistent with the type of paint you mix it with. It does not change the gloss of the paint.

Can this be used as a glaze?

Extremely thin viscosity...it could be used as a glaze, but Golden glazing medium would be a better choice.
