Very Disappointed – Defective Product and No Support
I received the machine in a defective condition, and unfortunately, there was no option to fix or replace it. The only solution offered was a refund, but now the price of the product has gone up. I’m very disappointed with the experience and lack of proper support. I expected better service for a premium product like this.

Uzun zamandır almak istediğim ödüllü makineyi sonunda 11.11 indirimlerinde amazon üzerinden 999 TL ye aldığım için mutluyum. Ayrıca hızlı gönderim ve iyi paketleme için teşekkürler. Ürün hakkında konuşmak gerekirse közde modu çift kişilik 4 dakika sürüyor. Normal mod tek fincan yaklaşık 1 dakika sürüyor diğer seçenekleri henüz deneme fırsatım olmadı. Ürünün arka kısmında üç çeşit fincan boyutu seçme butonu var (52,60,68 ml). Kendi kendini temizleme özelliği mevcut. temizleme tuşuna 2 saniyeden az basılı tutarsanız 40 saniyede durulama yapıyor eğer 2 saniyeden fazla basılı tutarsanız 2 dakikaya yakın yıkama işlemi yapıyor. Ayrıca pişirme haznesi sökülüp yıkanabiliyor. Fincan yerinin altında atık su haznesi mevcut ve üzerindeki alüminyum ızgara fincanın boyutuna göre yükseklik ayarı yapılabiliyor. Paket içeriğinden magnetlerinizin yanına asabileceğiniz mıknatıslı bir adet ölçek kaşığı çıkıyor. Bence bu makinenin diğer kahve makinelerine göre en büyük artıları temizleme modu ve kahveyi fincana servis etmesi. Diğer makinelerde kahve cezvede yapıldığı için köpük kaybı oluyor.

Ero titubante su qst macchina, visto che mi preparo il caffè alla turca con l'ibrik, comunque ho voluto provare qst macchina che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta, davvero un caffè fantastico, intanto bella esteticamente, ma poi prepara rapidissimamente sia 1 che 2 tazze sia ristrette che normali, oltre al vantaggio che non sporca anzi si pulisce da sola! uno spettacolo, consigliatissima a gli amanti del caffè turco
