Not my first go round with this product, I've been taking for over a year now . Let me start by saying everyone who uses filtered water is drinking something that is void of it's natural mineral content and those lack of minerals causes one to not replenish their fluids properly so we all could benefit from some sort of electrolyte help (big business working hand in hand). If you sweat a lot then you NEED to use something. I prefer the lack of sodium compared to other brands and the no sugar aspect(yes I know that brings in other issues but pick your poison i say). Other brands of electrolyte powders that act more like an "IV" have 500mg of sodium and considering 2300mg is max (and 1500 is a more recommended goal) you can see why I prefer 100mg. We get enough sodium in the garbage they call food here in the US. Im older and on BP meds (which is another topic and I hate taking but am slowly working thru healthy alternatives to get off of because I am DEFINITELY not a big pharma fan) so i try to watch. When I work i definitely sweat it out so as a regimen I use this product daily. I put 2 packets in about 10-12oz of water (not only to get 200mg but also for taste) and drink it down. I have tried all of the normal flavors packets and I prefer lemon and orange, I have not tried the tropical ones yet though. I love that it is naturally flavored as well. At $1/packets it is definitely a good value considering you could pay $2-3 for a soda with no nutritional value. I do recommend putting it in a bottle of water to shake it up which helps ensure you don't leave sediment of product behind. I use a frother at home and even that causes me to have to get more water and swirl it around usually. There's no texture to the product unless you dont dissolve the product well which texture would be miniscule (why texture is recommended idk). It's definitely easy to use, add to water and shake. Side effects.....if you take too much of this (really this is more about high sodium content products) you will get SEVERE cramps and diarrhea so IF you were to take 7-10 packets of this a day you may suffer that (say you took 1 packet of high sodium products before work then sweat all day and took another after work you will find out what I mean). The lower sodium content of this helps to prevent that plus their focus is higher magnesium and potassium vs higher salt and they use pink Himalayan salt. Buying through Amazon is about the same price as going thru nectars website which is NOT user friendly plus you can subscribe to save more here.I suggest buying the multi flavor packs to find your favorite then if you desire you can purchase single flavor packs if you don't like the others.

I’ve tried a lot of brands of hydration packets and this is by far my favorite. I don’t like super sweet so if you like super sweet this is not the one for you. The orange and lemon are my favorites. They taste like I actually squeezed an orange or lemon in my water. I noticed a huge difference in my hydration when using this. I drink a lot of water but prior to getting nectar I was still feeling dehydrated. I use one packet a day (maybe two on a hot summer day) and it does the trick giving my body those added electrolytes it needs. I feel more energized too. On days where I would forget to bring a packet I noticed a huge difference. The only thing is it doesn’t dissolve very easily so you really have to put in work.

This product was good. I like the taste, I liked the benefits of it, but I did not like the value for my money. For a few dollars more, I can get three times that amount from another competitor. And it’s pretty much the same product.
