**Q: is the company still curling blinds up in a box to ship them?**
A: Hi There!

Thank you for contacting us. We do not have long boxes to ship out our blinds in. Our blinds are still shipping out in square boxes. In rare cases, blinds do arrive a bit curled if the Recipient does not take the blinds out of their package upon arrival. We do use larger square boxes if for large quantities.

**Q: Are these slats glossy or matte?**
A: Matte. When I received  them they were slightly  bent.

**Q: Are these 6 foot replacements?**
A: They are 6 feet 8 inches.

**Q: How to unroll?**
A: These never unrolled. Still curled and hanging. Should never be shipped like this. Now I am stuck with blinds that do not relax and hang straight Sheri Perotti
