I have been using this product for years. When applied to fever blisters, cold sores, etc. as soon as the itching, stinging, swelling is felt, it stops the outbreak from becoming really painful and, with a few repeat applications, the problem usually subsides. Releev has always worked better for me than other products that are more widely advertised.
