It works well with some caveats.
If Aviche M5 is very very close to your face, you can hear Aviche M5 beeping whenever it releases negative ions. In high mode, you can hear long beeps followed by a long stream of negative ions. In low mode, you can hear short beeps followed by a short stream of negative ions. I can feel streams of negative ions with my nose. To not hear beeps, 1. Once a week, while the device is turned off, clean the ion emitter tip with small (carbon) brushes, and clean around the emitter with silicon sculpting tools. 2. Don't tighten the lanyard too much. Keep it a bit loose. Tightening the lanyard brings the ionizer close to your face. If you move fast, it can flip. So, be careful not to move too fast. The battery in aviche m5 seems to last longer than the batteries in other necklace negative ionizers. I think this product offers a good value although I wish it had a sturdier lanyard that doesn't let the device flip when I move fast.

Protected me in winter. I don't hear its noise but my wife can do so don't buy if your ear is really sensitive...

Stay healthy
This item is a little bit bigger than I thought it was but not so big that I was uncomfortable wearing it. It’s not very loud. As far as I know, it seemed to do its job well. I felt comfortable wearing it.

Seems to work well
I wear this whenever I go out these days and I feel quite safe because of this. Also, and this is really neat, the air smells just so fresh and lovely because of the negative ions.

Kind of heavy; beeps a lot, still kicking
Too heavy for me to wear comfortably. Also customer service isn’t the best. Is still working 6 months later and is stronger than my old one.

Good for traveling in the metro and also for places where lots of smokers are there. I love the way how it looks. Really happy with the purchase. And its authentic product really works well. In order to test you do a similar test as I did in the video. I have tested this in smoky places and it seems to work as compared to n95 mask.
