When I purchased, it was a good price and was actually available, unlike many other hand sanitizer products. It is important to note, like K-Cups, there is a device that can make your refill not work in your dispenser. The small plug in my pictures that fits into the dispenser can have different initials on it. If it doesn't match the sticker in your dispenser on the battery holder, the bottle will not work. This can be remedied by pulling that small plastic plug out with a pair of pliers and swapping it with your old bottle. I hope this helps someone.

Not sticky are foamy. My hands feel refreshed after using it.
