Great product if you're looking for something a little more holistic and natural to treat colds. The flavor is delicious and it's very soft to chew. It's really help lessened my cold symptoms and helped my immune system fight it off quicker. This works! I take this with the first symptoms of a cold...crushes it! They sent the child's version first and I could not return, so disappointed with that, but did order again and they sent the adult version. Much better tasting.
