As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don't feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

Seems solid! power is good, not too heavy. Price is great! I haven’t used long enough to check battery duration. Heat is weak but i don’t really need it and I imagine strong heat would run the battery down anyway. Satisfied , low heat is the reason it’s not a 5 star to me. I’d still recommended..

I've bought a few different handheld massagers like this in the past and out of them all, this is one is by far the best. The weight is just about right, not too heavy but enough that it'll stay where you want it. The different settings are nice and the motor itself is pretty quiet. The cycles last 15mins but you can just restart it if you need longer and the battery definitely last much longer than others I've used plus you can still use it whenever it's plugged up and charging which I couldn't do with my other cordless one. The heat setting is Really good and only takes about a minute to get to full range. I most definitely recommend this one especially for the price as well.

Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one - not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours...the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain...if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution...and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT...I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE...? Not acceptable... This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I'd like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon...but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

How should I start? I have owned several back massagers over the years to help alleviate shoulder tension, and until this one, I was not always impressed. However, this massager has features that outdo my previous purchases. It's lightweight and easy to handle, thanks to its solid grip, and it's rechargeable, so you don't have to worry about a cord getting caught on furniture or finding an outlet nearby. It comes with multiple attachments that help you get to the trouble spot, and it's quiet. I especially like the rechargeable option. I highly recommend this massager for its price, features, and the company's support.

this back massager seems to be a quality product and it charges pretty fast last for a while. i'd would have given it five stars because of the excellent way it massages but it takes around 5 mintues for the heat to get going and the heat is more than a 25 watt light bulb's warmth. Besides, I have already registered the free extended 2 yr warranty which brings it to a 3 yr warranty. I contacted Snailax Customer Service via there web site and also by their telephone number and their only reply was thanks for contacting customer support, please go to our website and contact us, How idiotic and there was not response to my complaint about there product barely giving off any heat. so that is why I gave 3 stars. There Customer support is stuck in La La land with their broken automated robotic answering through email and telephone customer support. Again, I have already registered my warranty of their product.
