So there are 2 types of magnesium combined here, how much is coming from each? ie what percentage is magnesium oxide and what percent is aspartate ?

I prefer the Aspartate magnesium. I use it mostly for muscle craps. The oxide is less expense magnesium and mostly used for constipation. I do not know the % of each but I was concerned mostly about the amount of B6 in each capsule. B6 is a strong diuretic and this maxes the DRA. The high amount of B6 in these capsules is usually recommended to do for a short term. It depends on your needs. Personally I would do the aspartate unless you suffer from PMS or fluid retention.

Worth buying

Definitely worth buying. After doing some research I realised that this form of magnesium is the best for absorption. This specific combination of the B6 vitamin along with magnesium is particularly useful as taking magnesium and B6 together works better than magnesium alone. The fact that it is a capsule and you only need to drink one capsule a day is very convenient.

Helps with migraines
