Blades perform well. I have had them a year with no complaints and they are still sharp. Very lightweight. Comfortable handle.

I am extremely happy with the Vos Ceramic Paring Knife! From the moment I used it, I was impressed by how incredibly sharp and precise it is. It cuts through fruits, vegetables, and even delicate ingredients with ease, making meal prep effortless. The lightweight design and comfortable grip make it a pleasure to use. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the knife broke. However, I was amazed at the outstanding customer service—they immediately replaced it with a brand-new one, no hassle at all. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their product so well, and this experience has made me an even bigger fan. I highly recommend this knife to anyone looking for a sharp, efficient, and well-designed paring knife. Really like these paring knives

Great little knives. I would give 5 stars on general quality. I gave 4 stars because the knives are not the kind of sharp I expect from ceramic knives. It's difficult to cut cooked chicken and steak. Works great on softer things like fruits and veggies. I expected them to be super sharp like my other ceramics. I would say medium sharp like some of my cheaper paring knives.

I use this to cut avocados with. Since it is not metal, the avocado does not react to it and turn dark. I am careful to hand wash it and keep it in the case provided. The knife is very sharp and is also good for cutting tomatoes. I would buy it again. Good value for the money.

It's not sharp. The tip was broken when it arrived. It's easier to cut veggies w/ my stainless 4 inch paring knife, bummer. Get what you pay for I suppose.

Après 2 jours d'utilisation le couteau en céramique s'est brisé en 2 parties. Ce couteau devrait être fait en acier inoxydable beaucoup plus résistant. Je n'ai pas retourner ce couteau pour remboursement. AMAZON exige un retour via UPS. Je n'utilise pas UPS. J'ai préféré le jeter à la poubelle.
