The product # is same but the hoop description shown here is not correct. I've used the ridged hoops and they are a little uncomfortable. I wanted to up to a higher weight. The weighted hoops are a great excercising tool. Works abs, and does get the old ticker pumping. At first I could only do five mins. I do two 15 mins sessions a day. I have done 30 mins but got lax for awhile.After having this hoop for a week, I'd like to add a few comments. Even though it does have the ridges - which I didn't want - it's not uncomfortable at all. The hoop came apart at first but you have to push the pieces in until you hear a click. My husband had to do this. It hasn't come apart since. It didn't quite feel like four pounds to me. The material on the hoop had cracks in it within 2 weeks of use.
