I used it extensively while traveling around the world but it has limited storage and the more modern SD XC cards have greater storage capacity so I needed a newer back up device. However, recently we had to contact customer service with Sanho (the manufacturer) and it took them SIX WEEKS to respond and when they did - they did not answer my question. When I persisted to try to get an answer the rep became snarky and condescending.
