I keep it in an airtight container and it has been fine. Especially if the weather is warm, you might want to keep it in the freezer for a couple of days to be sure no bugs get in it. **Q: Does the new recipe look like the picture Amazon shows?** A: The bag of product I am currently looking at has smaller pieces of nuts, fruit, etc as well. Think of it this way. If you take a peanut and chop it up a bit with a knife, you are going to get a variety of several different sized particles.
