Review: I loved these towels. We got this one and one of the other brand and I much preferred this one. It was a little bigger and stayed wet longer. In the August Orlando heat, I was glad to have the towels. Wetting them in the bathroom sink during the day at Disney was a great help and I could not have made it through an entire day without these. I wrapped them around the back of my neck and down the front of my shirt to keep my upper truck nice and cool. They stayed wet the entire day. They even were still damp the next day, needing just a little refresh of cool water.

**Q: Can I cut this towel in half and not impact it's cooling properties?  I need this to keep a toddler cool who has kidney issues.**
A: Hi there,Yes! You can cut your Chill Pal without effecting any of its cooling properties.  In fact, many of our customers have used them this way.Hope this answer helps.

**Q: Can you freeze this towel? I just bought one but don't want to ruin it without asking first.**
A: I stick a folded wet towel in the freezer until frozen, then run it under cold water about 15-25 seconds, just enough to turn it back into a drapable towel. It stays cold for quite awhile.

**Q: Would this be effeictive in reducing a high fever**
A: Hi there,Thanks for submitting your question. Chill Pal Cooling Towels are designed to stay up to 20 degrees cooler than ambient air and can be used to cool off when temperatures rise.  Our towels work great to cool off the head, neck, shoulders and body but they are not a replacement for medical attention and we cannot guarantee our towel will reduce a high fever.Hope this answer helps.

**Q: how do you store it when not in use? As reviewers have said it gets stiff and you cant put it away wet**
A: Since I read somewhere not to fold this product & after you wash it, it becomes like a chamois, I asked whether (& how) I could store it in its container when I travel.  They said if I moistened it, folded it and then put it back in its container it was OK as that can breathes enough not to worry about mold.   Plus it wouldn't do harm to the towel.  They recommended wetting it the first couple times to prevent any color bleeding.

I loved these towels. We got this one and one of the other brand and I much preferred this one. It was a little bigger and stayed wet longer. the packaging for this is terrbile, hard to open, hard to close. The towel itself is smaller than what I was thinking. And it is NOT that cold. "Chill" is extremely exaggerated. Cool at best. Very disappointed.
